Arizona Beverage

We started work on this as a Build-to-Suit, but focused only on the warehouse and beverage filling portion of the building. The Visitor Center end of the building was literally carved out of the construction scope. As the exterior design evolved the client wanted a design representative of their brand, thus the warehouse has an undulating ribbon similar to their iced tea cans. The visitor center needed to stand out though and the Alamo was the inspiration. The interior would be ‘old’ industrial. After a trip to Ireland and Governor’s Island the inspiration became apparent. As you will see the interior is nothing short of amazing!
