Amanda’s Porch

This circa 1885 house is a dressed up National Folk style home purchased in 1995 and restored with care. In 1975 the porch had been removed and became what I refer to in my book as a ‘naked house.’ A house with no porch. In 2001 Rick Pratt designed and built the porch that now adorns this home. In 2015 this porch was featured in a Gallery of Porches in Fine Homebuilding Magazine.
