330 Wyckoff Mills Road

A speculative warehouse approved by the Planning Board in 2019. Over a one-year period this building took many forms. At one point there was parking along the entire north wall. After a meeting with the Mayor an alternative plan was worked out to minimize the parking by pulling most of the building closer to the road and provided an indent for handicap and visitor parking.
